I see you.

Something isn't right. You may feel disconnected from your true self and somehow lacking, empty and inauthentic.

So you work harder, make sacrifices, and push yourself to the brink of burnout to prove your worthiness. You know, logically, this is not the path to unconditional love, support, or compassion, but your conditioning compels it anyway, and you don't know how to change.

Your biggest fear?  

Never reaching your full potential. Being stuck and dragged down by worn-out patterns, traumas, stories.

I understand. I know how it is to feel like something is preventing you from accessing those divine states of peace, love, and joy. You've probably felt the way you do for a very long time, and you may even question whether it's possible to ever feel truly free.

Well, I'm here to tell you that you absolutely can, and you must! Because in doing so, you heal and break the patterns for your children and your children's children.

The reason you feel the way you do is because of stored and transferred traumatic bonds that your nervous system cannot release.  

Subconsciously, you may be holding on to the old bond because it's familiar, and at some point in your life, this stress response was a protector or a barometer for threat.

As has been the experience of many of my clients, you may have made an unconscious vow or contract to take on an ancestor or family member's story, pain, and energy. You accepted those as your own without knowing it, but what you do know is that something is blocking you, no matter what you try? You can't get past it.
